I was let down when my order showed up. I remember opening the package feeling excited to finally get the parts installed, but that quickly faded once I saw the cuts weren’t very clean. The edges needed filing, and even after spending extra time trying to fix them, the fit still wasn’t right. For the price, I expected the machining to be much more precise. It was just a frustrating experience all around.

For me, the installation was annoying. I got stuck sooner than I thought I would, and the instructions didn’t feel very clear. A few parts didn’t seem to line up easily, so I ended up having to redo steps a couple times. Maybe someone with more experience would have an easier time, but from my perspective, it definitely wasn’t beginner friendly.

I bought this after work one day when I was already ordering a couple other things, it feels kind of cheap. It works okay, I guess, but the material and overall feel just don’t seem as sturdy as I was expecting.

It does seem more accurate than before, but I’m still running into wrong results more often than I’d like. Kind of frustrating because it feels like the same issue keeps coming back.

It works, but it was kind of hard to adjust at first... I had to mess with it a few times before it felt right. Not a huge deal, but definitely not as easy as I expected!

The mount ended up fitting my setup, but it took some messing around to get it right. I do think the compatibility info could be a bit clearer, though. Overall it’s not bad, just took longer than I expected.

I stopped in hoping to grab a few basic things, but the selection felt really limited and I couldn’t find what I needed. It was a little frustrating in the moment, but it also reminded me how much I count on a store to have the everyday essentials covered. Probably not the first place I’d go next time if I’m trying to make a quick, reliable trip.

I tried to exchange an item and the whole thing was way more confusing than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the return instructions weren’t clear, and reading between the lines, it felt like I was probably going to be stuck paying extra no matter what. That’s basically what happened. I ended up out more money and don’t see myself ordering from them again.

My order showed up right on time, so that part was a win. But the box looked like it had been through a small battle on the way here, some dents, messy tape, the whole dramatic entrance. Thankfully, nothing was missing and everything inside was actually fine. I just wish they’d used a bit more padding so I didn’t have to open it like I was rescuing the items from a disaster scene. Overall, not bad, but the packaging could definitely use some love.

I ordered from mdttac.com because the part showed as in stock, and I figured I’d be good to go. My brother had actually mentioned checking them out, so I went ahead and placed the order without thinking too much about it.
After I paid, a few days went by with no real update. Then I finally found out the item was actually backordered or out of stock, which was frustrating. If something isn’t available, it really shouldn’t be listed like people can just buy it right then.

Maybe they’re fine when they actually have items on hand, but this was not a great first experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they get their stock info sorted out

It just feels kind of Outdated to me. There’s a lot going on everywhere, and the whole thing looks really Cluttered, so it wasn’t the easiest to use or look at.

I had to keep asking for updates instead of being kept in the loop. On top of that, I got transferred around, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It felt like nobody really owned the issue.

I reached out hoping to get some actual help, but the replies took forever... and when they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve anything!!! Frustrating experience overall, honestly!!

I bought some gear from Modular Driven Technologies it looked good when I first got it. But like I said, that was just at first. After only a few uses, the stitching started coming loose and the material felt a lot cheaper than I expected. I wasn’t doing anything extreme with it either, just regular use. For the price, I really thought it would be more durable. Like I said, it looked fine at the beginning, but the quality just didn’t hold up for me. Disappointed and I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they improve the materials and stitching.

I bought this from mdttac i kind of regret it. The ergonomics just don’t work for me at all. The grip feels awkward in my hand, and even after using it for a short time, it starts getting uncomfortable. The controls also aren’t where I naturally expect them to be, so everything feels clumsy instead of smooth. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it ended up being more annoying than useful. I wish I’d gone with something else

The order arrived without any issues, but I was a little disappointed with the finish. There were a few rough spots, and the coating looked kind of uneven in some areas. It does the job, but for the price, I expected it to look a bit more "clean" and polished. It’s not awful, just not really what I was hoping for.

I reached out to tech support hoping they’d help me fix the issue, but it felt like a total waste of time. I kept getting nowhere, and the whole thing made me worry I was going to lose even more time trying to sort it out. I wouldn’t want to go through that again...

Looking back, I remember feeling a little disappointed once everything arrived. I ordered thinking the quality would probably justify the higher price, but from what I recall, it didn’t really feel that special for what I paid. The shipping and final total added up quicker than I expected too. Maybe others won’t mind the cost, but based on my experience, I’d probably compare a few other options before ordering from here again.
